Protect yourself from having to repurchase Signulous should the unexpected happen. We understand that iDevices can become damaged, get stolen or require replacement. Our iReplacement service allows you to receive a replacement Signulous Subscription should you have to change your iDevice due to theft, damage or warranty replacement.
How do I get iReplacement?
To get iReplacement simply choose it as an optional extra on the checkout. Note that iReplacement can only be used on devices it’s bought under. So a example is for tvOS orders you can’t get a iOS device replaced under iReplacement.
How do I make a claim?
You are eligible to make an iReplacement claim if your within our six month coverage period which begins the date of your initial purchase and if your device is replaced through an insurance program such as Applecare, repaired by Apple or stolen.
Once you submit a claim we will request you supply proper documentation to allow us to verify your claim. This documentation can include a police report showing your device was stolen, an apple repair order or any other relevant documentation that proves your claim.
