Trying to hack or gain data above your account access
Trying to “hack or gain” access that is above your accounts access is grounds to be banned. This can result in your Udid being removed from our servers and your account being locked out. This will stop you from having access to your account. If you also try to attempt any type of security breach we will turn any and all data over to the proper authorities. This also includes sharing any Signulous files you receive from us. As they are still our property and we are just letting you use them. We in no way are giving you rights to distribute files generated on our server.
Limited Revoke Warranty
The Limited Revoke Warranty works as follows (owners of Signulous reserve the right to change terms at anytime). We reserve the right to change these terms because situations that may arise causing warranties needing to be changed to fit said situation. Limited warranty works for 30 days from your order. If Apple revokes the certificate that your devices UDID is on we will move that device to a new certificate (one time only). Your membership will start over from the date you are moved or as close as possible to that date. If on the limited revoke warranty and Apple revokes the certificate in 31 days or more you will have to buy a new membership for the device that was on the revoked certificate. After the 30 days of limited warranty Signulous nor any person affiliated with Signulous is responsible for the revoking of your certificate by Apple. In the event the “replacement” your device is placed on also gets revoked by Apple you will have to buy a new membership for that device (seeing as how you have already used your one time replacement).
The revoke must happen in the first 6 months (180 days) of the purchase of the membership to get the use of the full revoke warranty.
Full Revoke Warranty
The Full Revoke Warranty works as follows (owners of Signulous reserve the right to change terms at anytime). We reserve the right to change these terms because situations that may arise causing warranties needing to be changed to fit said situation. The Full Revoke Warranty will last the full length of the original purchase “APX 12 months” and will only be good for ONE device UDID replacement (the “replacement” can also only be used on the same device that was on the revoked certificate). So, if Apple revokes the certificate your device’s UDID is on; your device will be moved to a new certificate ONE time only. In the event the “replacement” your device is placed on also gets revoked by Apple you will have to buy a new membership for that device (seeing as how you have already used your one time replacement). When you purchase a Signulous membership of any kind you are agreeing to all terms of agreement from this site. Any claims filed against Signulous via PayPal or any other payment method that was used will result in a ban from Signulous. This will also void any Limited or Full Revoke Warranty that you may have. It could also result in a banning from the accessibility of our server which will result in the inability to install new apps as well as update old apps on your device.
When you buy any Signulous Membership you are not paying to register your iOS device to the Apple Developer Program. You are paying for server access that is required for the Signulous application to work on. All applications hosted in the Signulous application are not property of Signulous and can be removed and changed at anytime.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before usinghttps://www.signulous.com website and the Signulous mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Signulous (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Order and Refund Policies
Once receiving valid payment, we will process your order instantly. When your order is processed a verification email will be sent to the email address provided by you with details on how to install Signulous onto your registered device. If you do not get a email within 48 hours please file a support ticket at https://signulous.com/support. Please do not launch any disputes/chargebacks during this 48 hour period or before submitting a support ticket. If any disputes/chargebacks are filed before this 48 hour period no refund will be made and could result in permitted banning. If the Apple developer portal is under maintenance registration can be slowed down, which do not warrant a refund as these issues are beyond our control. No refunds will be provided due to change of mind. No refunds will be provided in the case that Signulous experiences server outages for maintenance. No refunds will be provided if your enter your 40 character device UDID incorrectly in the UDID field. Once we register your UDID, the slot will be permanently taken in our developer account and cannot be changed. No refunds will be provided after your order for your membership with Signulous has been delivered to you unless deemed appropriate by Signulous support. This is due to the membership’s digital nature and usage of a UDID slot in our developer account. We reserve this right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to ban a users UDID or Email for any reason we see fit. Reasons we see fit are but not limited to. 1)Filling a PayPal claim. 2)Sending our support team threatening emails or support tickets. 3)Threatening to take any Legal action against Signulous. For the Revoke Warranty that comes with some of the memberships we reserve the right to set the time period when the replacement is filled. If any PayPal claim is filed within the time the certificate is revoked by Apple then you forfeit your right to a replacement certificate. This meaning if you file a claim after your certificate is revoked then you will not get a replacement certificate for your device.
Applications We Host
Any and all applications we host are property of the developers that make them. They are not property of Signulous. We have no ability to change the content hosted in the applications we host. We do work with developers to help work out bugs in some of the applications we host. Any and all bugs reported to us will be sent to the developer of the application. (If they can be contacted, and are willing to work with us.) We have the right to remove any application we host from our library for any reason we see fit. You as a user can’t file a PayPay claim over applications being removed in any way because we have the right to remove the applications from our library. If any PayPal claim or claim dealing with a payment made to Signulous or dtathemes is made. We reserve the right to ban the user that filed the claim. Any revoke warranty that you may have will also be revoked and not honored in any way by Signulous or dtathemes.

Custom App Uploads
We have a 1gb app upload limit for custom app uploads. This is the same for most other sites. This is due to how fast our server cleans itself and how long it will take you to upload the file. By the time you get a file over that size uploaded it will have cleaned your upload. This is also to keep weight off the server and room free for other users.
Removing Apps From Library
We reserve the right to remove any app from the iOS or tvos library without telling the user. We can remove any app for any reason. We also can reject the ability to host or let users upload certain apps to our server to be signed.
Apps not working on your device
In no way does Signulous say that every app will work 100% on your device. Some apps like PlusPlus apps get updated almost daily. So the tweak could become broken and that will lead to the developer of the tweak (no Signulous) to have to release a tweak update to work with the update from iTunes. We want our library to be the most updated and in this that means some devices could loose the function of some apps. A example of this would be Moviebox no longer works on iOS 7. But we still pushed the update because the group of devices that loose the functions is smaller then the ones that can use the update. But with that we offer several types of apps and most likely can get you a older version that might work for you.
